Mike Unwalla The principal, Mike Unwalla, started writing user guides and manuals in 1994. In 1999, he started TechScribe.

Mike's PhD research was on file partitioning in transaction processing databases. Many years ago, he taught English as a foreign language. Mike's combination of technical ability, English language skills, and training skills is rare.
