About TechScribe, suppliers of user guides

TechScribe has designed and produced user guides since 1999.

Mike Unwalla The principal, Mike Unwalla, started writing user guides and manuals in 1994.

Mike's PhD research was on file partitioning in transaction processing databases. Many years ago, he taught English as a foreign language. Mike's combination of technical ability, English language skills, and training skills is rare. Mike can talk to your technical people in their language, and then explain what they say in a way that is suitable to the readers of your user guides.
